Executive Director Denver, Colorado This position is on-site and in-person both in the office and across the seven counties served by the District. The Executive Director must live within the region served by the SCFD. The Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) is the only cultural funding model in the nation that serves a region of seven counties. The organization is governed by a State Statute, approved by Colorado’s General Assembly, and has been renewed by voters’ multiple times
